It is an exciting time for Christian Church Homes (CCH) who recently refinanced two of their multifamily Project-Based Section 8 projects in the greater Portland, Oregon area!
The Sunstone Team began working with CCH when they decided to prepay their two direct 202 HUD loans. We created the prepayment packages for Mattie Younkin Manor and Powell Vista Manor after gathering required data from the owner, submitted the prepayment packages to HUD, and worked with the San Francisco HUD Account Executives and Branch Chief until the prepayments were approved. Sunstone lead the transaction through closing.
In addition, Mattie Younkin and Powell Vista Manors are benefiting from the work Sunstone did to prepare the 20-year Mark-Uo-to-Market Contract Renewal submissions, as the rents increased substantially which will expedite capital improvements at the properties!
